We will do our utmost to resolve your complaint swiftly and fairly, either by providing a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
Flowers Roehampton is not responsible for complaints or returns requests received after 3 days of delivery, as floral products have a limited lifespan.
We take pride in supplying only the freshest blooms and highest quality arrangements. Flower care instructions are provided with each delivery to help maximise vase life. Please note that the longevity of flowers largely depends on variety, seasonal factors, and customer care after delivery. As some flowers may arrive in bud for maximum freshness, please allow a few days for full bloom.
Flowers Roehampton will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, reputation, or goodwill resulting from the use, or inability to use, our services or products, except as required by law.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your order, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
We are not responsible for any damage to flowers once delivered and properly handed over in accordance with delivery instructions, or where adverse weather or unsafe locations affect the product after delivery.
